Product Description
Naturo-Meno is a combination of the most well known “women’s herbs” which are proven to assist against those dreaded symptoms experienced during the menopause years.
Beneficial for: Hot flushes, Night Sweats, Menopausal Irritability, also suitable for most young women experiencing irregular or difficult monthly cycles.
Dosage: Initially, use a higher dosage of 2 capsules taken 2 times per day with food for the first 4 to 6 weeks. Thereafter, reduce dosage to 2 or 3 capsules split throughout the day and gauge reactions. If symptoms return on lower dosages, increase again.
Note: Reductions in severity and frequency of hot flushes and night sweats usually occur within 10 to 21 days (many women have reported feeling better within days). However, beneficial results will be slower on women who have recently stopped HRT due to the ‘rebound effect’ the body experiences on cessation of the hormones.
Combine with 2 to 3 capsules of Naturo-Balance per day if recurring thrush or bloating and flatulence is a frequent problem.
