Quercetin: this is a powerful bioflavonoid which is closely related to rutin & hesperldin. It is very similar to the prescribed antiallergy drug cromolyn sodium which prevents the release of histamines.

Rosemary extract has been shown to improve the shelf life and heat stability of omega-3 rich oils, which are prone to going rancid. Oregano: contains a number of constituents which are responsible for anti-microbial and anti-fungal actions and inhibit the growth of Candida.

Zinc: a mineral element essential for the healing of wounds & stimulation of the immune system.

DOSAGE: Start on a higher dose of 1 capsule 3 times per day with food for 3 to 4 weeks (if candida die-off is too severe, reduce dosage).
